Kirklees' brand new transitional residential home

 

Bridge House supports young adults aged 18-25 with learning disabilities and autism on their journey towards more independent living. Through our three-year residential program, we provide a safe and nurturing environment that builds the practical skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to greater independence. With four bedrooms, Bridge House offers highly personalised support and activities tailored to each of our young adults.
